Thank you for being a loyal sync. customer. We understand your card is about to expire and we want to make sure you receive your new card in a timely manner.
As your card approaches it's expiry date, we will notify you through your sync. app as well as via email. If you proceed with ordering your new card, we will mail it to your chosen delivery address, in the UK or EEA, free of charge.
Should you decide not to order a new card just yet, we will send you another reminder one week, and again one day before your card expires.
Once your card has expired, you may order a new one at any time via the tab in your app.
