If you have been a victim of fraud and it has also affected your sync. card/account, please cancel your card and notify us immediately.
You can easily cancel your card on your app:
- Tap at the bottom of the screen
- Select 'Card Settings' and choose the card you wish to block/freeze
- Tap 'Block Card' and on the next screen tap 'Report Lost or Stolen' again
