To help us verify your identity, we send a text message, also known as One-Time Passcode to your phone. This dynamic passcode is valid for only one login session or transaction and provides a second layer of authentication. This helps us make sure that you are you and keep out trolls and spammers.
Some carriers and countries may experience difficulty receiving these codes. In case you are having trouble getting the code, please check these steps below:
- Confirm you have entered your phone number correctly. If there was a mistake, simply enter your correct phone number.
- Make sure your phone can receive text messages. International roaming may impact your ability to receive our messages and you may need to wait until you are no longer roaming, to successfully receive our texts.
- If your code did not arrive within 45 seconds, please press 'Resend Code' and a new code will be sent to your phone.
