There can be different reasons why your purchase may get declined.

Please ensure:

- your card is active and has not been blocked

-insert your sync. card with the chip facing upwards and the 'X' sign facing downwards

- there is sufficient balance on the account

- you are within your agreed monthly spending limit

- payment types have been enabled

For online payments:

- the 'online payment' feature is enabled in your security settings

- entered the correct CVC/CVV code

- successfully completed the 3D Secure check

For contactless payment:

-'contactless payment' is enabled in your security settings

-you did not exceed the contactless payment limit
