The transaction once performed at a merchant outlet cannot be cancelled by us. In this case you will need to contact the merchant directly to request a reversal of funds.

When you make a payment using your sync. card, the merchant has up to 7 days to either accept or reject this payment. Car hire or hotel reservations may take up to 15 days to clear, however in some cases they may take longer, depending on the merchant. During this time, the transaction may appear as 'Pending'.

In case a payment failed or declined, it may still appear as pending and the funds should be released back into your account after 7 days.
