There can be different reasons why your transaction may get declined.


Please ensure:


- your card is active and has not been blocked


- there is sufficient balance on the account


- you are within your agreed monthly spending limit


- payment types have been enabled


For online payments:


- the 'online payment' feature is enabled in your security settings


- entered the correct CVC/CVV code


- successfully completed the 3D Secure check


For contactless payment:


- 'contactless payment' is enabled in your security settings
