In case you have forgotten your passcode and want to reset it, please click on the 'Forgotten your passcode' link on the main page of the sync. app.
You will be prompted to enter your phone number and the OTP code, followed by a 6-digit code sent to your registered email address.
Upon successful verification of your device, you will be able to reset you passcode and log into the app.
