Your contactless sync. debit card allows you to pay for TFL travel services.
To avoid being charged incorrectly, please always touch in at the start of your journey and touch out at the end using the same contactless card or device.
By creating a contactless account with TFL and registering your card, you will be able to check your payment and journey history or request a refund from TFL directly. In case you were charged the incorrect amount or the daily maximum, please wait at least 48 hours as you might receive an automatic refund. The refund may show on your next card statement or the fare will be adjusted when you next travel.
