When you make a payment using your sync. card, it may first appear as 'Pending' and the merchant has up to 7 days to either accept or reject this payment. Car hire or hotel reservations may take up to 15 days to clear, however in some cases they may take longer, depending on the merchant. We are unable to release a pending payment; you may need to contact the merchant and ask them to do it for you.
In case a payment failed or declined, it may still appear as pending and the funds should be released back into your account after 7 days.
