In case you have misplaced your card and to prevent unauthorised transactions, you can block/freeze your card at any time.
To block/freeze your card, please log in to your sync. app
- Tap the card icon at the bottom of the screen
- Choose from online or physical card on the top of your screen
- Select 'Temporarily Block Card'
- Tap 'Block Card' and on the next screen tap 'Block Card' again
We will block your card immediately and all card transactions will be declined. Once you find your card, you easily unblock it and carry on using it.
