We are sorry to hear your card has been retained by an ATM.


In this case, please block/freeze it immediately by logging in to your app,


- Tap the card section at the bottom of the screen


- Choose Physical card from the top of the screen
- Select 'Temporarily Block Card', press 'Block Card' then choose 'Report Card lost or stolen'
- Tap ' Order Replacement Card' and we will mail a new card to you.


To find out why your card was retained, you may need to contact the ATM service provider directly.
