To order a new card, please log in to your sync. app.
Tap the card icon at the bottom of the screen and select 'Order New Card'. Choose how you wish your name to appear on your card and create your PIN. You may then enter a delivery address of your choice, located in the UK or EEA.
Your debit card shall be delivered within 5-10 working days ( Monday-Friday, not including Bank holidays). Please remember to activate your card once you have received it. How do I activate my sync. card?
If you have not received your card within this time frame, please contact our Customer Support Team via email at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
You will be able to order one physical card and two online cards, as well as one replacement card free of charge. These cards will appear under your name.
